Welcome to Gambleio.com ("Gambleio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Gambleio.

1. Nature of the Service

Gambleio is a social casino platform operated purely for entertainment purposes. The games available on our platform — including but not limited to Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Mines, Crash, Dice, Keno, Towers, Plinko, and Coinflip — are not real-money gambling. All gameplay uses virtual currency that holds no real-world monetary value.

Gambleio does not offer, facilitate, or promote real-money gambling of any kind. No game outcome on Gambleio results in a real-money payout. We are a social entertainment platform, not a licensed gambling operator.

2. Virtual Currency & Purchases

Gambleio uses a virtual, in-game currency (referred to as "coins", "dollars", or similar terminology) for gameplay purposes. This virtual currency:

Has NO real-world monetary value whatsoever.
Cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other form of real-world value.
Cannot be transferred outside of the platform or traded for real assets.
Is granted solely for use within the Gambleio platform for entertainment.

Users may purchase virtual items, cosmetics, VIP roles, or virtual currency packs using real money through our payment processor (Stripe). All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are buying a digital entertainment product with no cash value.
You are not entitled to any refund, chargeback, or reversal for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, account suspension, or voluntary account deletion.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or dispute may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to register for an account and use Gambleio. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe belong to individuals under the minimum age.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to:

Use cheats, bots, exploits, or any form of automated software to interact with the platform.
Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain. Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported immediately.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, toxic behavior, threats, or any conduct that disrupts the community.
Create multiple accounts ("alt accounts") to circumvent restrictions or manipulate game outcomes.
Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer your account or any virtual items/currency to third parties for real-world value.
Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its community. No compensation, refund, or restitution of virtual currency or purchased items will be provided upon account suspension or termination for cause.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Gambleio — including but not limited to game designs, graphics, logos, text, software, and audiovisual elements — is the property of Gambleio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gambleio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, loss of data, loss of access, or loss of anticipated enjoyment.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of Gambleio shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account, service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gambleio, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of Gambleio after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gambleio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
